Plan for an amazing destination or be spontaneous with a last minute booking, regardless you will turn heads everywhere you go! This rv offers easy set up at any campsite or make your own (boondocking). The size of this rv allows you to park it anywhere you can think of like the grocery store parking lot to stock up on goodies. Includes everything you need to be self sufficient with an on board generator, new house batteries, recent tune up, new front tires, and alignment. I’m currently renovating the rv and it’s appliances and will continue to post updated photos. There’s plenty of space in the holding tanks for fresh water. I have upgraded some features such as new toilet, new stove, new TVs, modern radio, new kitchen sink and countertop, new bathroom countertop, all flooring completely redone, and a shower head which allows you to conserve water during travel or boondocking or to turn off water flow temporarily while in the shower. The engine on this rig is strong- with a towing capacity of 8000 pounds to bring along whatever toys you may have. Air conditioner vents cleaned regularly for optimal use and propane heats up your water almost immediately (button on the control panel near the water pump). Please treat this rv as your own- with care and be mindful of low clearances. This is a 30amp rv, we will supply a converter to 50amp however, 30 amp is preferred and as long as you are connected to shore power or utilizing the generator there will be no issues with using the microwave and ac at this same time. If the breaker trips, simply turn off appliances and reset the breaker either at the shore power box, the fuse box located under the left dinnette seating, or both to reset. We will provide a detail list to ensure you know everything you need to about using this rv and as always we’re just one message or call away. Recommendations
We have driven all of USA & Canada. With this rig specifically everywhere from key west to Maine to Galveston Texas and downtown New Orleans. No issues getting through Bostons highways nor NYC as long as you follow the Garmin GPS with the “bus” mode to seek out clearances of a minimum of 13 feet. Use Lincoln tunnel if you’re near NYC/Jersey. In key west, this rv can fit in the parking space of the lot that’s right on the water and in the heart of the action. You will be able to park there for up to 10 hours. The Sugarloaf KOA is a must if you can get a reservation.
Other things to note
No smoking inside the rig, not even vaping, please smoke outside and away from the rv. Please stick to highways to avoid any clearances below 13 feet. Always remember to put in the awning during heavy rain storms or wind and to dry it out before stowing it away for longer periods of time. Check that all outside and inside compartments are closed and that the slide is completely flushed with the rv before travel. Hi 👋 we’ve owned three rvs and have four fur babies who have travelled with us. Our favorite thing is to go on repeat travels and experience new places. This rig is well maintained and continuously improving however, you won’t have to tip toe around and can use it as it was meant- for rugged adventuring. Last minute bookings are okay! Personally I love a good campfire so we’ve included a pop up fire pit and I understand how important it is to bring your furry companions along so go for it and “get outta hea” :).

Monica was GREAT with Instructions, Communication and to be honest the “ WHOLE 9 yards”. We had Tons of Questions and she replied and answered each one. ( Even took time out here Schedule to perform hands on as in to Set up at a RV resort and more. I don’t have any photo’s because we were busy driving from place to place and listening to 🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶. I shall return.

It was an awesome experience. Monica was very thorough in the details of the RV and a great pleasure to talk RV'n with. I rented as a test run before buying one and had a great time talking to Monica about it all. I even forgot something that belonged to the RV ans she was very understanding about it and never made me feel bad for it, I did that to myself, lol. I was going to buy her a new one, but my family put it in the mail to her and she was very appreciative about it. She always responded immediately if I had a question during my trip, my safety was important to her. If I wasn't going to buy one, I'd rent from her again. I wish her the best in her endeavors and recommend you supporting her by renting from her. She works hard to make it all happen.

This was our first time RV’ing and I have to say my family and I really enjoyed our experience! Monica did really well at walking us through how to use the RV and all the functions. She also did great at communicating with us when we had questions. Overall we had a great experience!
