4.0Great camper. Owners are nice. All the essentials provided. Love the layout for our family of 2 adults and two young kids. Really like the way the generator is mounted on the camper. With only one battery though, make sure you run the generator for multiple hours if heater is needed at night. Clean and easy to set up. Owner was flexible on timing for pickup and drop off. However, pre-trip, communication was delayed by several days which made trip planning a bit difficult.
