At only 1,493 lbs. (dry weight), this camper is a breeze to use and fun to camp with! Convenient pickup/drop off location right off I-95 on your way up to camping in Maine! Connect to 2" ball. Either 4 way or 7 way wiring for lights. 14' long closed and 20' long open. Sleeps up to 6 people, especially if kids can share beds. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Has a gas powered furnace, refrigerator, and range, and electric heater to boot! The refrigerator also can run on electric. Pick up time is 1 pm or later and drop off by 11 am (we can usually be flexible on timing but please arrange in advance if possible). See this video of a nearly identical unit for set up and operating instructions: https://youtu.be/jY69h9dXG04 and see a video tour (recorded September 2019) of the actual unit here: https://youtu.be/V1yS3eL3bPs Our camper is clean but also isn't new, so please don't be surprised if you see some sap stains on the canvas and other signs of normal use. The trickiest part of setting up a popup camper is the door. It's helpful to get the roof height to just the right adjustment so that the door will open and close correctly. Also, one of the factory stow hooks for the door has broken, so we've improvised with a bit or rope. See photos.

What's included

Basic cookware. Normal use of the onboard propane and 12V battery is included. If you plan to use a lot of propane, please let us know ahead of time. We will do our best to have the tank at least 1/4 full before your trip. In case it does run out during your rental, we will be happy to reimburse you for a filling/swapping out the tank as long as you can provide a receipt. Linens can be provided for a fee, please contact us in advance.

Other things to note

We are following all precautionary guidelines related to COVID-19 and the camper will be cleaned and sanitized prior to pick up.

Had a great camping trip with this camper. Rained for a whole day and night without leaking for us. We appreciated the option for delivery and set up and couldn’t have been happier with the unit. Came as advertised in clean, good condition. Thanks again!

Dan was great to work with. Pick up and drop off was easy. Camper functioned as advertised. It rained on us for 3 straight days. The canvas leaked a little. Not in one spot but droplets over the entire area. I didn't think the camper usually leaks as we had a ton of rain. maybe a little waterproofing stray on the canvas would help. I would rent this camper again.

Absolutely loved our three nights camping in this pop up tent with my husband, two kids, and dog. It was, as described, not brand new. The door was a little wonky to close but I hear that's pretty standard on split door pop up tent trailers, we were able to make it work! Daniel was easy to reach for questions and pick up/drop off was super smooth. Thanks!!
