Overview

Wow!! This little Rockwood has a lot of sleeping room! It has a queen bed in the front, a full bed in the back, the dining table lays down to another full size bed, and there is a small twin bunk above the storage area. It is a great little hybrid. We keep almost everything you need stocked including paper plates, TP, and one set of queen size fresh sheets. A few pots and pans, basic cook utensils, outside camp cook top, and attached canopy are all included. Please note, we do NOT have a coffee maker at this time. This Rockwood Roo Ultra Lite is an RV for rent in Fenton, MO, and can sleep 6 people. This is a light tow that most 6 cylinders can handle, whether it is a truck or SUV. Enjoy the features of this rental such as a refrigerator, oven, stove top, microwave, and awning to relax under. This non-smoking recreational vehicle has a rental rate of $112/night. We have recently updated this RV with new flooring, new table, and a new awning for your comfort. It's just like a little home away from home! Pick up time is from 5-7 p.m. CST. If you need other accomodations, please let us know and we may be able to adapt. Drop off is normally after 1pm however just let us know what you'd like and we will adapt. If you return after 7 p.m. CST, an additional day will be charged at $112.00. -- List all drivers that could possibly be towing the camper as you may need additional drivers. --As with any RV the Air Conditioner at full strength + frig/freezer will not stay as cool unless you are running 30 amps. --Do not drive with the propane tanks in the on/open position. --If you have to refill the propane after you have picked up the RV the cost and time not reimbursable as we provide two full tanks. -- Do not trade or replace the 2 propane tanks, battery, power cord, power cord connector, tow pack for any reason. If stolen or go missing during your trip the renter is responsible for reimbursement charges. --Beware of trees and limbs that could cause damage to awning, roof, underbelly, and sides of the RV. --Raise all 4 legs (stabilizers)) prior to moving RV otherwise this will cause damage to the stabilizers and RV. --PRIOR to unplugging the power at the site, turn off all items to include air conditioner then turn off power at site, disconnect the power cord from the RV and place in storage along with the provided adapters. --Be aware of height if going through drive thrus or underpasses this unit is 22' in length, Width 90", and Exterior Height with A/C is 10'3". --If returning RV later than agreed upon time, there are additional fees. But as always keep in contact with us and we will do our best to meet your needs. --There is an additional cleaning fee if the camper is not returned clean and in the same condition as sent out with you. --There are additional fees if black and gray tanks are not clean and emptied. --Absolutely NO SMOKING and NO PETS. If you choose to disregard, you will forfeit your full deposit.

We had a great experience. The hosts had great personalities and were very helpful and chill. It was a good value and what we need. Worked out great. If you are new to RV's, which I was, understand that the pop-out beds are like sleeping in a tent.
