We rented a trailer from Jose for our annual camping trip with friends this year at Kabib Lake near Williams, Arizona, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. Jose communicated exceptionally well leading up to our trip and was punctual for both the trailer drop-off and pick-up. The trailer was very clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. All of the equipment and amenities worked perfectly, and we had no issues whatsoever during our trip. Jose made the entire rental process easy and stress-free. We would definitely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable trailer rental experience.

Jose was a great host. Prompt communication, and he was always ready to do what he could to make our trip enjoyable and seamless. The trailer was our home for 12 days. We made and ate most of our meals in it. Having all we needed to do so was great because we flew and then rented a car, so we couldn’t bring much with us. Jose had the trailer all set up at our site, and he went through everything with us, making sure we knew how to use everything and where everything was. I’ve rented quite a few different trailers and RVs through Outdoorsy, and this one was immaculate and well stocked, and the host was very nice to work with.

The trailer was a wonderful way to spend our time at the grand canyon. Jose delivered the trailer to the trailer village and gave us a clear to understand review of how to use the trailer. Then he left and we were good the whole way through. Noobie advice though: Make sure you call the RV park ahead of time to authorize the delivery person to set up your rented trailer in your spot. Thanks for being patient with a new renter like me Jose!!

Jose and his RV were excellent. It was clean, the master bedroom mattress was comfortable, he was quick to respond to questions and overall very helpful. The only negative is the bunkhouse beds were pretty uncomfortable, a thin pad over some plywood. But kids don’t care about things like that and they were fine! An adult might have a hard time though. Overall, the camper met our needs perfectly and I would not hesitate to rent from Jose again!

My family of 8 was very comfortable in this RV. Jose was prompt with delivery which was the most wonderful feature and was available for questions if I had any. I love that it came with a coffee maker AND Keurig! There are plenty of cooking utensils and kitchen necessities. None of us showered in there but we still seemed to blow through 60 gallons of fresh water in 4 days. That was our rookie mistake... just a heads up to any other rookies... 60 gallons seems like plenty... but use it sparingly. LOL. We will definitely rent this trailer again on our next camping trip.
