When you book a camper rental in Hawthorne, you will have access to the vast outdoors. Travel south through Alachua County to Lochlossa Lake. The park’s nearly 450 feet of natural, undeveloped shoreline is bordered by iconic, old-growth cypress trees, knotgrass, and spatterdock. A boat ramp gives easy access to the 5,700-acre lake. If you don’t have a boat or wish to rent one, that's not a problem, you may fish from the shore or the public-access pier. Lochlossa Lake is a great place for fishing bluegill, black crappie, warmouth, and redear sunfish. If fishing is not your forte, the lake has great opportunities to bird or nature watch while on a relaxing walk or picnic in the gazebo.

We had a great trip! The RV was very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend trip. It was delivered and picked up exactly when they said. They set up way more than we thought they would outside the RV and we really appreciated having the extra outdoor space, it included turf, chairs, a table and the awning.
The king sized bed was a huge plus for us since we were sharing the bed with our 3 year old. It was comfortable and had plenty of space to walk around it. The bathroom was also extra spacious which is a rare find in RV's.
The chairs in the main seating area were very comfortable and had plenty of extra seating around the table. The kitchen had all the essentials and we had no issues while cooking.
Overall we had a great trip and will definitely be renting this same RV again when we make this trip next year!
