Hi! We are the Watts Family and we currently reside on the Cape. We bought our 5th wheel four years ago after visiting the Boston RV Show. We had been camping in an older model 5th wheel and the layout wasn't ideal for our family of 4. We have 2 kids (boy & girl) and we wanted them to be able to have their own space. We saw this model and fell in love with it, so much so that we then decided to rent our house out during the summers and live in it for 3 months at a time. It was a good experience, but as the kids got older (and then Covid hit) we decided to stop the house rental and instead rent the camper. We didn't want to give it up and this allows us to still use it, but also make some income to off set the cost. We hope you enjoy our camper as much as we do!

Fifth-WheelRental #21470

My family and I purchased this 5th wheel brand new back in February 2017. It will sleep up to 6 comfortably. There is a king size bed in the master, a queen size pull out in the living room, a full-size pull-out in the mid-bunk and a queen size loft above the mid-bunk. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size fridge and microwave, a three burner gas cooktop and a small gas oven. There is a center island with a very deep stainless steel sink and ample prep space. The living room features a full-size couch and two heated, massaging, reclining chairs in front of a 50-inch flat screen TV and fireplace. The eating area has a small dining table with 4 chairs, two are folding so they can be moved and placed out of the way to make more room. The mid bunk area can be closed off with sliding doors for privacy. There is a love seat sofa and storage in this area. The master bedroom has plenty of closet space and a smaller, flat screen TV. The camper is also equipped with a central vacuum which makes cleanup a breeze. The outside features more storage, an awning and a gas grill which mounts to the back bumper of the rig.
