11am pickup time. Fee is due to the fact that If you pick it up early then I cant allow the previous renter to return that day so by allowing early pickup I lose a day in rental.
Easy Return Package. Strongly recommended. I will dump the holding tanks, fill propane, and fill the gas tank, fill the fresh water tank. $100 + the cost of gasoline and propane.
