This mid-bunk fifth wheel is perfect for families!Spend your days exploring or relaxing at your campsite. Play a game of cards or corn-hole, or relax in the evening by a campfire. (Games and camp chairs included in the rental!)There's plenty of room to cook a good meal inside on the stove or on the camp-stove outside. Pots/pans and utensils are included as are plates and bowls.If the weather isn't great, you'll be cozy and warm inside with theatre seating, a couch that pulls out to a queen-size bed, and a free-standing table and chairs. The kids can relax in their own space- the mid bunk room offers privacy and sleeping for 3.Wanna sleep in? Enjoy the comfy master bedroom with certi-pure certified 8-inch memory foam king size bed. Bedding is included in the rental!The electric awning and LED lighting make for the perfect outdoor environment both during the day and after the sun goes down. This camper is the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors while having all the comforts of home.Please note: you need a 3500 or 350 truck to pull this fifth wheel. We will provide the hitch. If you are staying at a campground within 40 miles of Loveland, CO, we will deliver, set-up and recover for an additional fee of $200.What's includedAll bedding, linens, dishes, pots/pans, and flatware. We also have an assortment of indoor and outdoor games as well as 4 camp chairs. RecommendationsThe most popular destination for our rig is Boyd Lake State Park. It's our hometown favorite as well!

We Austin and Jenny. We have 3 kids ages 2-7 and in the summer of 2019, we lived in our RV Full-Time and explored Colorado and Wyoming. We are back in our "sticks-and-bricks" and can't wait to take our RV out on more adventures and share her with other families who want to make their own memories!
