Prohibited Uses: No rock crawling, extreme off-roading, or driving on any terrain that may cause damage to the trailer. No smoking, vaping, or use of drugs or illicit substances is permitted inside the trailer at any time. This includes tobacco, marijuana (regardless of state legality), e-cigarettes, and any controlled substances. Evidence of such use—including but not limited to odors, stains, ashes, or residue—will result in a minimum $200 cleaning and deodorizing fee. Additional charges may apply if deeper restoration or professional remediation is required. Any additional use that would cause damage or extreme wear and tear on the trailer.
