Come roll with M.J., our 30 ft 2020 Thor Chateau 28z baby that sleeps 7! M.J. is a like new Class C, fully stocked with all the necessities for a great camping trip: Linens, dishes, cookware, DVD player, 2 TV's, microwave, range cooktop and oven and board games. M.J. has plenty of plugs and ports for all your gadgets. We also have propane quick connect for you to connect your low pressure grill directly to our RV. To get you started we've even included RV Toilet paper!
The slide out makes M.J. very roomy and fits 2 adults in the Queen size master bed, 2 adults over the cab (like a Queen size). The sofa and table areas also convert to sleeping areas for additional adults and children (2 adults in the table area and 1 adult or 2 children in the sofa area). All seats have seat belts (7). Enough space for you and your family to enjoy your outing!
The RV will come cleaned out on the inside. We also make sure to disinfect all surfaces after every rental.

1. Everyone in RV must be seat belted when RV is moving
2. Do not get to close to traffic signal or may not be able to see light change color
3. No smoking or illegal substances
4. No climbing on the roof
5. No uninsured or unlicensed drivers
6. Store and secure heavy items before moving. Make sure cabinets are closed.
7. Make sure external doors and compartments are locked before moving
8. Before extending awning and slide make sure there are no possible obstructions inside or out
9. Retract awning overnight, during gusty winds or rain, and when away from RV
10. Use only RV toilet paper
11. Do not flush baby wipes, Q-tips or feminine products down toilet
12. Do not leave pets in the RV unattended
13. Be mindful of your awning during campfire or outdoor cooking
14. Do not lose keys
15. Use a second person when parking
16. Make sure electrical appliances are off before shutting off generator or electrical
17. Turn off generator when RV is hooked up to electricity
18. Generator uses about ½ gallon of gas per hour
19. Before using stove top make sure glass is open
20. RV is equipped with Sun Pass
21. Make sure there are no low hanging branches or other obstacles that will interfere with the RV.
22. RV uses 30 amp. Use included adapters and extension cord as needed.
23. Make sure surge protector is on electrical cord
24. Make sure RV is level or propane may not work
25. Set and then unlock parking brake
26. Turn site breaker off before hooking up electricity
27. Use only blue water hose for drinkable water
28. Do not use blue hose to clean sewer hose
29. Do not turn on hot water tank if not connected to city water or freshwater tank is empty
30. No need to turn on water pump if connected to city water
31. Wear provided disposable gloves when hooking up and disconnecting sewer hose
32. Never leave black valve open unless dumping
33. Dump gray and black tanks before final destination
34. Fill up gas tank
35. Make sure awning and slides are closed before departing
36. Make sure all outside items are stored before departure.
37. Close roof vents and windows before departing
38. Discard all trash
39. Do not hesitate to contact your company’s roadside assistance number for any issues you have during your trip. You pay for their service so use them.

- 75% of the booking total is refunded

Scott was always easy to reach and flexible. RV was clean and fit my family of 6 comfortably. RV was fully stocked with supplies if you need them (games, cleaning supplies, cups, DVDs etc). I would recommend booking with Scott.

Great experience with Scott and his wife. Brand new RV, with 3,000 miles. Very responsive. Created video tutorials. We had to make a last minute change on the delivery time and they not only understood, but charged no extra fee for the hours of delay. Highly recommended! We will for sure use their Thor again!
