2006 Gulf Stream Conquest
Lily is a comfortable and functional home with wood trim and a relaxed lived-in vibe. She is parked in a grassy lot in the Ocala National Forest on a private natural lake front with kayaks and a boat ramp, just a few miles from Salt Springs Rec Area and springs. The yard has a locking gate. You must have a car and come and go from the RV in your car. The RV is parked and meant to stay parked for the duration of your stay. There is a molekule air filter running inside the RV and so the air feels fresh even with all windows closed. All windows must stay closed except for the roof vents which can be opened for more air but must be closed any time you leave to prevent rain and humidity. Inside is dry and cozy and the roof has been treated recently. Still, most of the outside windows are taped up to prevent any leaking. Lily is not a high-end luxury unit but everything works fine so know that you will be safe and comfortable and free to enjoy the outdoors. What's includedThere are towels, utensils, dishes, tools, etc. in the cabinets and drawers. There is an electric kettle, hot plate and toaster, pans and pots. There are sheets for the cabover bed and extra sheets in the bathroom closet for the pull-out couch bed. They are clean sheets but they may be mis-matched! You are free to use the kayaks and access the lake. RecommendationsSalt Springs is a vacation destination and National Treasure. The water in the springs is about 72 degrees year round and is full of healing minerals. The water is crystal clear and beautiful. The Ocala forest is full of such springs easily accessible by car. The AMRIT Yoga Institute is nearby although it is currently closed. Other things to noteNo pets, cigarette smoking or alcohol on the property or in the RV.
Shoes must come off on the inside steps before going in to the RV.
