Alyssa and Steve are genuine, polite, punctual, and great to deal with. Being our first RV experience, they made it easy and simple. They answered all my questions before hand, and they went over and beyond to make sure that we had a great time. My wife, 2 kids and dog all stayed in the RV and had a great time. They answered the phone when we couldn't figure out how to work the unit and got us sorted. We even accidentally broke something (on us). They were kind and patient. They came up with a fair number for repair and everyone left happy.

This was at least my 10th RV rental and by far the best. Very clean, well stocked and more than comfortable for 4 adults for 4 days. 100 gallons of fresh water was perfect due to no hookups. Having 2 spacious bathrooms is unheard of in an RV.
The host Rick, was quick to answer questions, and knows the bus inside and out.
Thanks Rick for a great experience...Will rent again. Bob
