This is a very nice and clean 2019 model Motorhome with very low mileage, only 24 feet in length, very easy to drive, and easy to park. And large space can fit six people sleep. Perfect size for family travel or camping.
This motorhome also come with backup camera, that can help back up to the parking lot or just see who is driving behind your motorhome.
Also, this motorhome come with outside shower, very convenience to wash the dirt off before mess up the inside floor.
30AMP power connection is standard from all of the RV camping site. Also the surge protector will come with this motorhome too.Items come with this motorhome:
-30AMP power extension cord and surge protector
-Fresh water(city water) hose with water pressure regulator, and Y connector for connecting the other water hose
-Extra water hose to connect Y connector allow you use city water outside the RV without disconnect RV water hose.
-Sewer hose with L connector
-Small toolbox with basic tools
-Level blocks for level the motorhome if the campsite not leveled.
Please ask if you need other items for your trip.Please NO Smoking anytime in the motorhome. Cooking with care, Please. we will really appreciated if you can keep inside fresh smell. The RV was sparkling clean and good floor plan for a couple's or family weekend trip. As a first time RVer, we felt very equipped with Shawn's thorough walk through and detailed instructions how to use the RV. Shawn was super quick responding to our questions during trip. We had a great time, the owner did a very thorough job going through all the aspects of the RV. The one thing that I wasn't thrilled with was that they required cash for the overages at the end of the trip and would not take cash apps like Venmo or PayPal.

Jenny's RV was sparkling clean and beautiful. Quite a few arrangements were fully thought through. Everything looked brand new even though it was a couple years old and used well with other renters. All the appliances and set up was perfect. Special Thanks to Shawn for his detailed demonstration on how to use it. We were first timers but didn't feel like one. Jenny was super quick with communicating responses for questions and requests. We will always drive again in this favorite RV. Had a memorable first time RV experience. Thanks Jenny and Shawn.
