This is a brand new 2022 Jayco Northpoint. It’s a very nice unit with room for kids. Guest will need at least a 1 ton vehicle to pull this unit. We will not allow it to leave out facility being pulled by a 3/4ton truck.What's includedIncludes sheets, towels and camping chairs. RecommendationsWe purchased this unit for a cousin of my to have a place to stay while he got situated here in Texas. He couldn’t find an apartment and we were just trying to help him out. We haven’t traveled anywhere with this unit. We purchased it and parked it inside of a building. It’s been here for the last six months.Other things to noteThis unit has a Cummins Onan 5500 generator, washer and dryer and also it’s own WiFi.
