2014 Toyota 4Runner Trail Edition Premium with FSR Evolution Series 4 seaso

This was an such an epic adventure! My wife and I grabbed a ride directly off the plane and went straight to the shop to pick up the 4 Runner. Gaylord had the vehicle locked and loaded ready for adventure. The truck was super clean and loaded with everything as ordered. We would have been able to hop right in and go. However, we sat with Gaylord for about an hour getting the lay of the land and discussing our trip. He suggested many different places and things to see. He was always just a text away with any information that we needed. I would 10/10 recommend Go Explore It to anyone! We will be returning same time next year!

I rarely take the time and effort to write reviews, but when someone goes above and beyond, I feel I need to make the effort, and this is one of those situations. Gaylord and Gemma were fantastic at every stage, from my initial inquiry through dropoff. They patiently answered all my questions and made many constructive suggestions based on my plans. This was so much more than a vehicle rental -- logistics, personalized itinerary suggestions, practical guidance and more. I was also surprised and extremely comforted that the vehicle included a sat phone pre-programmed with all of Gaylord's contact info in case of problems. Fortunately, I didn't need to use it, but the knowledge that I would have support in a worst-case scenario really helped dial back the stress level. The vehicle itself (4Runner w/FSR Evolution RTT) had a decent amount of mileage on it but was in good working condition and very capable on rough roads. I had not mechanical issues whatsoever. The tent was comfortable and super-easy to open and collapse -- after the first time, I'd say it only took me 1-2 minutes. (Small tip: I'd recommend trying to open and collapse it once before leaving, just to make sure you have the hang of it -- watching Gaylord do it was helpful, but no substitute for hands-on experience.) The kitchen supplies were good, with only one or two minor items I found myself missing, but nothing really problematic. All in all, this was an A+ experience and one I'm hoping to repeat again soon! Absolutely loved everything…had everything we needed…and the camp spots were the best I’ve ever camped at! Can’t wait for another adventure!

We had an amazing time! Gaylord was so helpful, walked us through everything and made sure we were set for a great weekend. He even gave us a suggested itinerary that was absolutely incredible! Could not recommend this more!
