No smoking inside the RV—if smoke is detected, a full smoke removal and deodorization fee will be charged.
No pets unless previously approved.
No festivals or tailgating events unless discussed in advance.
Return the trailer clean like you received it (swept out, wiped counters, trash removed). Excessive cleaning may incur a fee.
Tanks must be dumped before return unless you’ve paid for the tank dump add-on.
Use RV-safe toilet paper only (provided) to avoid clogs.
Do not climb on the roof—it’s not designed for foot traffic.
Secure all items inside before towing (fridge contents, loose items, etc.).
Use stabilizers for leveling only—not to raise the trailer.
Towing vehicle must have trailer brake controller—required by law and for your safety.
Use shore power (30A) for A/C, microwave, and TV—they won’t run on battery alone.
If you’re unsure about anything, ask—we’re here to make your trip easy and memorable.
