We had a very pleasant experience with Shane and our rental of his rig. We are without our own camper due to someone running a red light and damaging it. Looked into renting because we didn't want to cancel our remaining camp trips. Shane was very communicative, and didn't seem to mind all my questions lol. He even invited us to come look at it the week before our trip, and offered to get anything we would need that he didn't already have. He also worked with us on pick up and delivery times. We were really nervous about using something that wasn't ours, but Shane made it a pleasure. We are planning on using it again until ours is repaired.
