Overall we have an amazing time and Matt and Corina were super helpful and accommodating. Being new to the service, I ran into some issues with my order (my fault, not theirs), but Matt and Corina were super helpful i walking me through fixing it. The trailer was neat and clean with tons of features. I highly recommend them for your next trip!

Frequently asked questions

Q.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

We can be flexible but we both work during the week so we need to plan our workdays around an agreed time to make sure one of us is available for hand-off and drop-off. For that reason, we'll coordinate a time in advance and just ask the renter to communicate as soon as anything changes so that we can adjust our plans accordingly.

Q.

Do you provide bedding and towels etc.?

A.

If you request to add on linens we will make up the Queen bed with a clean set of sheets and a quilt and supply bath towels. We will also provide a sheet set for the twin bunks. Note that they are a custom size and we find sleeping bags work well on the bunks.

Q.

Do you have a generator?

A.

At this time we do not have a generator to rent with the trailer.

Q.

What works when boon docking or dry camping (camping without hookups for water, electricity or sewer)?

A.

Lights, fridge, heater, water heater, water pump, stove. These all run off of either 12v electricity (battery) or propane. The solar panel needs regular sunlight throughout the day to recharge the batteries. Keep that in mind if you are camped in a shady area. The AC and microwave do not work without shorepower.
