Our experience was good overall. I gave it 4 stars due to a few issues such as the warm water not working, the key was not provided for the outdoor grill, and a broken awning. The owner communicated well. The RV was clean and in great condition.

We spent a weekend with our extended family. We needed a large and roomy RV to fit everyone. Jim ‘s camper met that requirement in every way. it was clean, well laid out, and the bunkhouse was perfect. We would rent from Jim again without a second thought. He also provide a service, which we didn’t use, where he will park your camper at the campsite and take it back so you don’t have to hassle with towing. That could be a great boon for those who don’t tow but want to experience camping in an RV. Great job, Jim , thanks again.
