Our family of 4 loves camping in the RPOD and we think you will too! We offer a very flexible pickup/drop-off schedule, flexible cancelation policy, and a complete RV hookup package with everything you need to tow and setup at your campsite!
Sleeps 4 with two bunks and a u-shaped dinette that folds down into a double/queen sized bed. Wet bath with toilet, sink, and shower. Slide-out kitchenette with sink, 2 burner gas stove, microwave convection oven, refrigerator/freezer, and plenty of storage. Flat screen TV with cable hookup (cable cord not included) and broadcast TV antenna. Stereo with CD/DVD player, AM/FM. Indoor and outdoor speakers.
Plus, bring the inside of the R-POD...outside! The rear "garage" includes mounting unit to easily move the TV to the outside, speakers, audio controls, a sink, lighting, propane grill hookup (grill not included), counter top space, and plenty of storage for easy access to food, beverages, etc.
We also provide everything you need for basic RV'ing...a hose for water hookup, electric cord and adapters for 15/30/50 amp service, sewage hose for waste hookup, proper ball hitch with weight distribution and anti-sway bar, wireless brake controller, wheel chocks, leveling blocks, and gray/black water tank deodorizing tablets. Just bring your own personal stuff (sheets, utensils, propane, cooking gear, food, etc)...then hook up, and go!
***PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY***
Dry weight of the RPOD is 2,766 lbs. We recommend not towing more than 75-80%% of your tow vehicle's towing capacity. Your tow vehicle must have a class III hitch receiver and 7 pin connector located next to the hitch.
If you plan on traveling more than 350 miles from Hudson OH, please contact me prior to booking.
Due to my work schedule, pickup/dropoff times are generally Mon-Fri usually between 5:30pm and 7:30pm. If this doesn't work for you, just let me know and we can work something out. Weekends are very flexible.
Dry camping is currently not an option. You must have access to electric hookup in order to rent.
Most campgrounds offer 15, 20, 30 or 50 amp electric hookups. 30 or 50 amp service will ensure that you can run the AC, lights, microwave, heater, fridge, etc. at the same time. 15 and 20 amp service may only allow you to run one appliance at a time. 15 amp service is usable, but may cause circuit breakers to pop when running even just one appliance. Keep in mind that you can hook up propane to the RPOD which the heater and the fridge can run off of.
Only use RV-safe toilet paper. Regular household toilet paper will clog the sewage system.
Please take excellent care of our R-POD. We expect that you will return it in the same condition that you found it in. If the unit is not cleaned (wipe down counters/tables, clean sinks/toilets, clean microwave/refrigerator, sweep the floors, etc.) or the tanks are not emptied, you will be charged a $100 cleaning fee.
