16 ft* bunkhouse style camper with awning and Pup Kitchen. Queen "main" bed as well as 2 bunks... sleeps 5 (4 comfortably.. but could probably max to 6 if you squeeze).Thanks for taking a look at our camper ! Please note this camper is 16 ft, however the length listed on the listing of 21.5 ft is nose-to-tail length.Camper includes 4 camping chairs, water, sewer, and electric hookups. Basic pots and pans. Plastic ware and paper plates. Coffee maker. Let us know how many people you need to sleep. We supply sleeping bags and pillows for bunks.Please see add ons if you need the tanks dumped for you or a generator for off-grid camping. What's included Roku TV w/remote

4. Please wipe down and clean up any larger messes.
5. Requires 2 5/16 inch ball for trailer hitch. Rental includes weight distribution hitch.
6. Generator - if you choose the generator add-on our generator will accompany the camper for your rental. There is unlimited use NOT charged by the hour. The generator will start off with a full tank of gas but if the renter needs more gas, the renter is responsible for purchasing additional gas. The renter does NOT need to return with a full tank or any fuel in the tank although this is preferred there will be no charges if returned empty.

The camper suited us very well. Tim was great. Pick-up and drop-off were easy as well. Would definitely use Tim again if I rent another in this area.

We decided last minute to go on a quick trip and Tim was extremely attentive the camper we originally asked for was already rented out, and he was quick to suggest other options.
