- Standard size tent (sleeps 2-3) with high-density 92" x 55" foam double/full mattress and 661 lb. max load. The mattress has been enhanced with 2" of foam padding added inside of the zipped mattress cover.- 600D heavy-duty waterproof top and rain fly; sunroof; side windows with mosquito netting; anodized aluminum tent frame poles; telescopic ladder; interior LED strips.- Mounting brackets included. Will this fit my vehicle?
It is recommended that your vehicle have a roof rack or railings that run parallel to each other. My configuration is a roof rack with bars running from side to side of my vehicle, thus the tent folds out to either the driver or passenger side. If your railings run front-to-back the tent would need to open by folding back behind the vehicle.Installation
When you arrive to pick up the tent I will assist in bringing it out and lifting it on top of your vehicle and mounting, if needed. While I am happy to assist I will not be responsible for any damage resulting from attaching the tent to your vehicle.Opening the tent
1) Undo the two straps running parallel to the ladder.
2) Remove the black PVC cover velcro and lift off the cover.
3) Undo the strap on the base of the ladder.
4) Undo the 4 smaller straps holding the tent together. These are located on the sides of the tent.
5) Unfold the tent and it will pop up. Notice that the base of the tent should 'connect' (make and female portion of the base fit into each other)
6) Pull down the ladder, lock it to your preferred height using the two knobs.
7) Place the ladder angled below the tent so that it helps support the weight of the half not attached to your vehicle.
8) Window rods will be located inside the tent, along with a led light strip (USB power pack not included).Closing the tent
Make sure the tent has had time to dry in the sun or wipe dry before closing. Follow opening directions, but in reverse. :)
