Jay is frequently praised for being super responsive, communicative, friendly, and helpful with pick-up/return, car familiarity, and local recommendations. He once canceled a booking and restricted travel.
Drives Well, Fuel-Efficient
Guests praise the van for driving well, being easy to drive, and very good on gas. It offers amenities like a comfortable, spacious mattress (noted as small for two), pillows, towels, and snorkeling gear. One guest encountered an issue with a missing spare tire.

5.0Wonderful trip to Maui! Jay was super responsive and accommodating when picking up and returning the car. He even took a few minutes to accompany me because I'm not very familiar with big cars, haha. The mattress was really comfortable with several pillows available. Towels, speakers, phone chargers, masks, and snorkels... everything you need for the perfect trip! The car drives really well and doesn't use much gas. Thank you so much, Jay, for making my experience in Maui amazing!!
