"Chillin by the River" was the first of our three trailers. We wanted something nice and clean with all of the comforts of home. That is what "Chillin on the River offers". She's clean, comfortable and well cared for. You will find most everything need for your stay and she is very user friendly. Although we usually spend most of our time out doors hiking, boating or riding our E-bikes, it's always nice to get back to the trailer and relax in the air-conditioned comfort". What's included
We also include dishes, linens, pillows, blankets, towels, beach towels, pots and pans, serving utensils, paper and plastic products, toaster, Coffee maker, coffee and filters, RV toilet paper, plus complementary use of an *8X8' EZ Up, a small propane BBQ with table, (includes one canister of propane), rubber entry mat and 2 beach chairs. We also have giant Jenga blocks with table, Corn Hole boards, an 18 foot Aqua Lily pad, floating devices, generators and more for a small additional fee.

Fees
- Security deposit: $500.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $75.00. This fee will cover the cost of sanitizing the unit, sanitizing the water lines and holding tanks, recharge chemicals for the black water tank, RV toilet paper and refilling the propane tanks.

This was a very comfortable RV. We enjoyed our trip. Scott was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating on set up and pick up time. The rig had everything needed to ensure a great weekend! We would definitely rent from Scott and Cheri again!!

We had a great time on our trip to Parker with Big Lindy. She was clean and comfortable for our family. Pull out couch was not very comfy but for little bodies it was fine. Owners had many amenities for us to use like a table, bbq, disposable cups, plates, and silverware. Nice to have some spices as well. Very friendly owner that made it easy for us to enjoy our time at the river.
