This 38' Keystone Carbon 5th wheel is very clean and lightly used. Queen-size brand new Ashley Chime bed in the master bedroom and a twin-size (37"x91") bunk bed above the living room, with storage. The couch has two recliners. There is another queen-size drop-down bed, small couch and bathroom (toilet/sink) in the garage area. Fully stocked kitchen.
• Approximately 330 SF of living space.
• Two roof-top AC units.
• 50-amp hook-up.
• Shower has sit-down ledge and plenty of room for shower accessories.
• Oven/stove with three burners.
• Mid-sized refrigerator and freezer.
• Two 14.2-gallon propane tanks (both filled).
• Water heater tank capacity: 12 gal.
• Grey water tank: 41 gal. Black water tank: 41 gal. Fresh water tank: 112 gal.
• Max sleeping capacity: 6 people (7 or 8 if you want to bring an air mattress and put in garage area).
• Two bathrooms (one master with good size shower and one toilet/sink in the garage area).
• Small electric BBQ on request
• Board games, playing cards, and cribbage.
Cornhole and badminton by request.

Kitchen is fully stocked, including pots, pans, silverware, knives, and other misc. utensils. Dish soap, salt, pepper and some spices.
Bath towels and wash rags, RV toilet paper, hand soap.
In the garage is a broom, dust pan and cordless vacuum.
Outside is a 8'x10' mat for the entry. There are also a few beach chairs.
Recommendations
The most popular delivery spot has been echo lodge. It is across the river from Parker, AZ. The next place would be the AZ state park in Lake Havasu. Also known as Windsor beach. Pirate Cove Resort in Needles California. Cattail cove between Lake Havasu and Parker, AZ. The Riverside casino in Laughlin, NV has a nice park. Note that Crazy Horse Campground has an exclusive agreement with an RV company and will no longer allow anyone else to deliver their RV there.
Other things to note
Unit is non-smoking (of any kind, including cigarettes, vape or marijuana). An automatic charge of $250.00 will be applied to the deposit should this term be violated.
