Just let me know and I will shoot you the code before booking.What's includedWe’ve taken our time to cater to ourselves while we are taking a break from the real world and we’d love to help you enjoy that opportunity too!The rental comes with all the regular accessories needed to camp at a full hookup campsite (fresh water hose, water pressure regulator, water filter, 30 amp power cord, surge protector, waste hose, etc). It comes furnished with creature features like a queen sized bed in the master bedroom, double bunks for the kids, a dining table for four, a comfy sofa and a tv to watch movies on a rainy day or night, a full kitchen (freezer & fridge, double deep well sink, gas range & oven, and microwave) and a full bathroom.We’ve also take the time to appoint the rig with the things you typically need to bring along to cook and clean up with afterwards, and some things to help you have fun while you’re in the outdoors including: dishes, pots & pans, and silverware. We provide some movies, games, non-alcoholic drinks, and a hammock. We’ve also provided a gas outdoor fire pit for use during fire bans where you can’t build a wood fire.The rig comes outfitted with air conditioning, a gas furnace, solar panels, free propane usage, an indoor/outdoor speaker system, and a furrion rear view camera system to use while driving.There are stabilizer jacks on all four corners to keep it stabile during you stay. It comes with the use of an Equal-I-Zer weight distribution hitch that helps keep the rig level and limits trailer sway while driving. If you’d like to use your own hitch, the trailer requires a 2 5/16 ball.We do ask that you provide your own linens during your stay (towels, sheets and blankets).I do not have a generator. However most things in the rig can run without one. The things that cannot be run off grid without a generator are the air conditioning, the microwave, and the 120 volt plug ins. RecommendationsOne of our most memorable trips was to Mount Rushmore SD. We loved the Black Hills and we recommend Rafter J Bar Ranch resort, they were excellent. Locally, we love Mueller State Park near Divide, CO. The views are incredible up there.Keep in mind when booking your camp sites that this is a 30ft trailer and requires 30 AMP power for full hookups.Other things to noteNo smoking, no parties. Minimum age to rent is 25 yrs old.Must have class 4 receiver hitch and a trailer brake controller installed on a tow vehicle with a minimum trailering capacity of 6000lbs (over 7000 recommended) and 500 lbs of tongue weight. If you are not sure what your vehicle capabilities are, give me a call or email and I can help verify with you. If you have a lifted truck, I my hitch may not work depending on how high it sits.Note: the stabilizer jacks are not for leveling the travel trailer they are for stabilizing the rig after it’s level. The trailer must be level in order for the fridge/freezer and the plumbing to work. I have a written set of instructions that outline how to level the trailer that you’ll receive before you depart.Additional Fees: The following fees will be charged against the security deposit on the rental if returned without dumping the grey/black water tanks or the rv is returned dirty. Or, if performed by the owner, the cost to repair on a separate invoice based off labor charges above and the cost of the part(s) as ordered from the source of the owners' choice with suitable replacement parts.
2. Tires: Tires will be replaced with the same brand and model unless that model or brand has been discontinued.
3. Replacement items inside the vehicle: If for any reason the RV is returned and is missing an item we provided, the owner will make every effort to recover that item. If the owner cannot recover that item the same hourly rate for labor costs to replace and market value cost of the missing item will be charged to the renter.
If the RV is returned in a condition not suitable for follow on rental contracts a fee may also be charged ($140 per night for cancelled contracts).
4. Lost Keys: the owner will make every attempt to replace just the keys if they are lost. However, replacement keys may not be available and may require locks to be replaced. The renter will be charged full replacement value of locks and keys that are replaced as a result of them being lost and any labor incurred ($50hr) for the replacement effort.
5. RV recovery fee: in the event the RV needs to be recovered by the owner, the renter agrees to a $500 recovery fee AND $50 an hour labor charges to recover the rv.

We are the Einbu's! Nate, Kate, Will, and Isaiah. We live in the Green Mountain area of Lakewood, CO. We bought our Jayco bunkhouse after we rented on Outdoorsy and would love to help others enjoy the outdoors too. So far our favorite trip was to Mount Rushmore/Black Hills. It was a beautiful drive.

Nate’s trailer is clean, well appointed and comfortable. He was also very responsive and available to answer any questions we had. We had a wonderful family camping trip and are so glad we rented this trailer!

Nathan was great to rent from. He took time to go over everything when we picked up. It was a lot of info to remember, but the book he gave us made set up and tear down so easy!! It had step by step instructions which was great for rookies like us. We thought we has packed everything we would need, but realized we missed a few things which we found stocked in his rv, life saver. The kiddos had a blast and they all fit great. The only thing we would have liked was a place to wet towels. But that might be something we learn going forward, lol. Nate was so easy to work with and so friendly. We will seek him out for our next trip out. If you're looking, rent this camper, you won't be sorry!!

Had an amazing trip with Nates triler RV.
He answered all our questions throughout the rental and povided us with all the information we needed. Everything works on the RV. Showering out there never felt so good, spacious area, clean, & warm!
