Have a question?Get answers directly from the owner

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I can drop off the van at the Leavenworth Amtrak station, at the "Big Y" Peshastin Park-n-Ride (junction of Hwy 97 and Hwy2) or it can be picked up in Leavenworth, WA.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
To run anything small (laptop, ipad, stick blender, etc) off electricity, there's no need to plug into any exterior power source. The van has large house batteries which are charged by solar panels and by the engine when running. If you are planning on parking overnight adjecent to exterior electricity, you can run any of these items off of "shore power" in the van with a simple extension cord plugged in (included). There is no sewer/toilet. The sink's gray water drains to an exterior tank.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Pick up and drop the van off at your convenience from a quiet residential street 2 blocks off the main highway in Leavenworth. You can leave your personal car (if you have one) parked in the van's parking spot, or using the free multi-day parking lot in downtown Leavenworth.

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Driving this van feels remarkably similar to driving a small truck or large SUV. It has a backup camera and great turning radius. without windows, just be aware of your blind spots when changing lanes.
