Trailer is 3700lbs with 410lbs tongue weight. Vehicles with a towing capacity of 4700lbs or more will easily pull The Cub. You will need a brake controller for The Cub.What's includedWhether it’s that romantic “couple’s getaway” you have been putting off, maybe a last minute family trip with the kiddo(s) to Colorado, New Mexico, Big Bend, Grand Canyon or just to your local KOA, or that week+ cross country camping trip you have been planning, The Cub is the perfect size home-away-from-home that allows you to get in those camp sites that the bigger heavier rigs can’t. The Cub comfortably sleeps 2 full size adults in the queen size bed and there is a sofa that converts into a small oversized twin bed that accommodates up to 2 small children or one small adult. Electric outlet with 2 USB ports bedside to charge your electronic toys/phones. An indoor outdoor folding table allows for a dining room table inside or can be taken outside for an outdoor eating table. Enjoy watching your favorite camp movies on the 32” flat screen with Roku, or relax listening to your favorite music from the Blue Tooth AM/FM stereo with speakers zoned for inside or outside or both. Large automatic awning provides much needed shade (must be retracted during inclement weather or winds) and 1 slide-out that expands the inside living area, enjoy the chill factor with ice cold AC while connected to 30amp electric source (surge protector provided and must always be used while connected to an electric source). Heat furnace with electric thermostat will keep you cozy and warm during the winter. Refrigerator with separate top freezer, large kitchen sink, and a 2 burner stove. Bathroom sports a sky light over the corner glass door shower (glass doors must be secured via provided secure mechanism while rig is in transit), toilet, and a sink with under storage and a vanity that has indirect lighting recessed into the mirror that opens to a medicine cabinet to make for a very neat and organized lavatory.Your rental INCLUDES: Clean Cub inside and out, s’mores with camp fire cooker, environmentally friendly disposable plates/cups and cutlery, Ice trays, clean fresh bedding (sheets/pillows/blankets) towels and wash cloths, toilet paper, fully charged dual deep cycle batteries, full dual 20lbs propane tanks, full fresh water tank, empty and sanitized waste tanks, cookware, camp chairs, lantern, fresh tank fill hose with inline filter and pressure regulator.Weight distribution hitchTow vehicle must have a 2 inch RECEIVER hitchVehicle must have a FUNCTIONAL 7 prong round connectorIt is the renter’s responsibility to ensure the tow vehicle is appropriately equipped for towing The Cub.
