Meet “Sapphire” our 2019 Coachmen Leprechaun. We share her with you in hopes that you are able enjoy the journey, just as much as the destination. She is well maintained, packed and ready to go. We have attempted to take all the work out of camping so you can relax and enjoy your vacation. Since we use “Sapphire” every chance we get, we are learning what those easily forgotten items are...and will make sure they are included. Our goal is to provide everything necessary so all you have to pack is your clothes and personal items. Our standard package includes many items, that others typically put in add on packages. We also include a step-by-step manual for those new to RVing on how to operate the different components, tips to make your trip successful and what to do in case of an emergency. What's includedWelcome to our 2019 Coachmen Leprechaun, we call “Sapphire.” Please note, she is a NON-SMOKING, NON-VAPING coach. We share her with you in hopes that you are able enjoy the journey, just as much as the destination.Overview: “Sapphire” is a 32-foot coach with less than 30,00 miles. She has 2 slide outs, providing ample space for everyone. She has four separate sleeping areas and accommodates up to 8 people. The bathroom and shower are separate. This allows someone to use the bathroom while someone else is showering. She fits in whether you are at a campground or camping “off the grid.” She hooks up to electricity or runs off batteries/generator. You are allowed 4 hours of generator usage per day. The generator is powered by the coach’s fuel tank. Once the tank reaches ¼ of a tank, the generator will automatically shut off. Therefore, always maintain a full tank of gas if you are camping “off the grid.” She has a 50-gallon freshwater tank and a 6-gallon hot water tank. The gray water tank holds 32 gallons, and the black water tank holds 29 gallons. The coach’s propane tank holds 16 gallons (68 lbs. of propane).“Sapphire” is well maintained, packed and ready for her next road trip. We have attempted to take all the work out of camping so you can relax and enjoy your vacation. If you are anything like us, you will remember to pack the obvious but forget those little things that you just cannot live without. For example, on our camping first trip, I forgot to pack a can opener. Thank goodness, we had friends that were more experienced campers. They let us borrow their can opener! Since we use “Sapphire” everychance we get, we are learning what those easily forgotten items are...and will make sure they are included. Our goal is to provide everything necessary so all you have to pack is your clothes and personal items. Our standard package includes many items, that others typically put in add on packages, which increases your cost. For example, your journey starts with an RV GPS, so you start your trip headed in the right direction (pun intended). While driving, passengers can occupy their time with board games, music, DVDs or naps on the bed. Since you can walk the entire length of the coach without extending the slide outs, passengers can utilize all services while the driver continues down the road. No need for constant bathroom or snack breaks unless the driver needs to stop.Once you arrive at your destination, you will find more amenities to make your trip enjoyable. We equip “Sapphire” with all the essentials. Read below for all the items included at no additional cost. Now, we do offer add-on packages for specialty items that not everyone needs/wants (more on that later). We also include a step-by-step manual for those new to RVing on how to operate the different components, tips to make your trip successful and what to do in case of an emergency.Driving: The minimum driving age is 25 years. You are allowed an average of 100 miles per day. She holds 55 gallons of unleaded gas and gets approximately 9-10 miles per gallon (depending on load and driving conditions). NO TOWING ALLOWED.On the Road: “Sapphire” is sitting on a Ford E-450 chassis with a Ford Triton V-10 engine. She is 32 feet long and easy to drive (even for the novice driver). She has cruise control, a backup camera and a Garmin RV GPS with dashcam. Since the GPS is specific for RVs, it has the size and dimensions programmed into it to avoid clearance and weight restrictions. The GPS also allows hands-free calling if you pair it up with your phone. The cab stereo is Bluetooth and compatible and with CDs, Pandora, Aux Jack and pairable with your phone. It also has a remote. She has two 12-volt connections that have adapters for 2 USB charges (4 total). These charges are powered even when the coach is not running. She receives regular maintenance and comprehensive systems checks are performed before and after each trip.Seating: She has seatbelts for 8 (driver, passenger, 3 each on sofa and dinette) so everyone can travel safely. Seating is extremely comfortable and spacious enough for an enjoyable ride or to spend an evening together.Entertainment: “Sapphire” has enough entertainment for everyone. The main living area is equipped with a 40” SMART Televator TV (with HDMI. RCA and USB jacks), an AM/FM Stereo/DVD/CD player with Wi-Fi and USB connection capability. The bedroom is equipped with a 23” TV that is on a swivel mount for perfect viewing. The outside entertainment system is equipped with a 40” SMART TV for those times when you just can’t get away from the game. There is also an antenna booster to enhance reception ability. We provide a variety of DVDs for your viewing pleasure. We also include several games (Monopoly, Life, Farkle, Yahtzee, Jenga, Dominoes, and 4 Decks of Card w/holder) for your enjoyment. Outdoor games are available in our “Outdoor Game Package.”Sleeping Accommodations: She has a walk around queen bed in the rear with a 3” memory foam topper on the mattress for comfort. The bedroom has a curtain as well as a door for privacy. No need to walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. There is one dual USB charging port in the bedroom. However, there are electrical outlets on both sides of the bed that can be utilized for additional phone charging ports, sleep machines, etc. There is a queen bed in the loft above the driver and passenger seats. Both the sofa and dinette quickly convert into full-size beds. Bedding (mattress pads, sheets, comforter and pillows) are included at no additional cost.Kitchen: “Sapphire” is equipped with all the modern conveniences of home: 3-burner propane cooktop and oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. The refrigerator and freezer run off either electricity or propane. In addition to the basics, everything necessary to prepare a wonderful meal is at your fingertips. To get your day started, you will find a Keurig, complete with K-cups, sugar and creamer. If you are a coffee connoisseur, you may want to pack additional K-cups or your favorite syrup. Dinnerware (dinner/salad plates, bowls, glasses and silverware) for 8 as well as serving bowls, cooking/serving/measuring utensils, and storage containers are included. There is also a set of cookware (including iron skillet for outdoor cooking) and plenty of baking/muffin pans. We added a toaster and sandwich maker as well as an air fryer for those times you are in a hurry to get dinner on the table. We attempted to include those easily forgotten items such as paper towels, bags for the trash, baggies and dish soap).Bathroom: The shower and bathroom are separate. This is handy because someone can use the bathroom while someone is showering. We provide chemicals for the black water tank and a starter set of septic safe toilet tissue. “Septic safe toilet tissue” is the only type of tissue (no Kleenex, paper towels, or personal hygiene products) allowed in the septic tank. For your convenience we provide bath/hand towels and washcloths (for 8), hand soap, hand sanitizer, and a shower dispenser that has shampoo, conditioner and body wash.Lighting: There is plenty of LED Lighting throughout the interior of the coach.Heating & Cooling: She has a propane furnace with two small electric heaters for those cold evenings. For warmer weather, she is cooled by a ducted rooftop air conditioner that will accommodate the Texas summers.Storage: Our coach has lots of inside storage. It has two small and one large closet with approx. 20 coat hangers. There are several drawers /cabinets throughout the coach to serve as additional storage. If you run out of room inside, you have massive storage outside. The largest storage area is at the rear of the coach and is accessible from the back as well as each side.Outside: “Sapphire” is equipped with a 22 ft. awning that provides adequate shade while enjoying the outdoor television. She also has LED lighting along the outside of the coach. There is an outside shower to rinse the sand off the kids when they return from the beach. We also include one 6 ft table and 4 heavy duty camping chairs (holds 300 lbs.) at no additional cost.Campsite Info: Once at the campground, you can utilize the 30amp/50amp power cord with surge protector for power. You have easy access to the sewer/dump tank hoses. The water hose is equipped with both a filter and pressure regulator. Leveling blocks and wheel chock help secure the coach.Emergency: Emergency flasher beacons, lantern, first aid kit and a small toolbox are supplied just in case of an emergency.Pickup/Return: We work 8am -5pm weekdays; therefore, our pickup/return is limited to after 5pm during the week (unless special arrangements are made). Weekends are flexible.Pets: Sapphire is dog friendly. Due to severe allergies, no cats are allowed. We have breed, size and weight restrictions so please, check with us for approval.IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: “Sapphire” is our personal coach. We decided to share her with you so please treat her with respect and return her to us in the same condition she was given to you. We keep her maintenance up to date and strive to keep her in pristine condition. We clean thoroughly between each trip (ozone and regular cleaning as well as disinfecting for COVID) so you can enjoy your trip without any worries. Our coach is a NON-SMOKING, NON-VAPING coach. If there is any smoking or vaping inside the coach, there will be a $1500 fine assessed. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Meet your host, Curtis

Member since 2021

Hello, we are Curtis and Darlene Johnson, and we would like to introduce you to “Sapphire.” We are a family of two…unless you count our daughter, son-in-law, 5 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter and our two Cavalier King Charles (Buddy & Halo). Our love for RVing began in 2020 during the pandemic. Prior to the pandemic, our idea of camping was “finding a nice hotel in an urban location.” We both have stressful jobs and the pandemic just seemed to intensify everything. Several of our vacations were cancelled and we were going stir crazy. We really felt the need to get away. Both of us enjoy road trips so looking at an RV seemed logical. One morning, while eating breakfast, we decided to “go look” at this RV we saw advertised on FB (yes, Camping World advertises on FB). Well, our looking turned into one of the best purchases we ever made. And, as they say ... the rest is history.
