We are both educators, John is the Head of an Independent School, and I am a learning specialist and teach at a school for dyslexics. We have three daughters one in high school, one in college, and one out of the house. In addition, we have one rescue dog named Wally. We have owned a class C, which we mostly used on trips to visit family and a vacation to Prince Edward Island. We rented a class C to do a National Parks tour, which included Moab, Zion, The Grand Canyon, The Great Sand Dunes, and Mesa Verde. Next, we bought a Pop-up that we used to do a grand tour from CO to Maine and back that included many amazing places and National Parks. Now, we have a travel trailer, which we use for weekend get-aways and to visit our family back East. We love the flexibility and comfort of RV adventures.
Welcome to the state-of-the-art camping rig. This 2020 Passport Bunk House sleeps 10 if you want to convert the dinette. It has tons of USB ports all over the camper. It has LED mood lighting with a Bluetooth stereo with both indoor and outdoor speakers. It sports both indoor and outdoor showers. It features both indoor and outdoor kitchens and fridges. The outdoor kitchen is under the awning and it's fridge is great for stocking your favorite beverages. The entertainment center has a flat-screen TV equipped with a Google Chrome for streaming your favorite shows or sharing pictures of your latest outdoor adventure.
No climbing on the roof.

This experience started out fine but ended up being a nightmare. My wife and I rented from Gail and John from August 24-September 18 to take our three young kids on a family vacation while the kids were participating in remote school. At the time, there were not any reviews on the account but we decided to take a chance. After we returned the trailer, two small cosmetic scratches were identified on the side and front of the trailer. The scratches were very minor and one was not even identified until days after we returned the camper. I was only provided a photo of one of the scratches- see below for a picture of the “dent” in front of the trailer. The checkout process went fine, and on October 29, I received the following email from a claims representative at Outdoorsy: “Hi Paul, I heard back from the owner. She is no longer pursuing the dent in the front of the trailer. I am closing the claim. Please let me know if you have any questions.”

Gail was more than wonderful to work with! We were first time renters and unsure of what we were doing and Gail was extremely patient and understanding. I would give her more than 5 stars for communication if that choice were available. The trailer itself was clean, comfortable and roomy. There were 6 of us (2 of whom were very tall 23-year old boys) and we all had a place to sleep. The kitchen is well stocked with spices, towels, cooking utensils etc and there's a lot of room in the refrigerator. The outdoor refrigerator is a bonus and great for drinks! Thank you Gail for loaning us your home away from home! We're already planning our next trip.
