1.0This was a terrible experience. I made a reservation for an RV that sleeps 6 and was told the day of the trip something was wrong with the RV and we either had to take a smaller RV or cancel our whole trip. We took the smaller RV which was a disaster. The fridge wasn’t working and the AC wasn’t working. There weren’t enough beds and the food spoiled. When I dropped it off, Kim told me that she couldn’t do anything else with our contract until her manager came in the following Thursday. It’s been a week and I haven’t heard from them at all. Terrible customer service and I do not recommend.

4.0RV was great and the pick up process was very well organized with clear instructions. As we flew in and could not bring cooking and bedding items it would have been great to have been able to rent a kit. This would be important should we decide to rent again.
