3.0This was our first time renting a camper, so it was definitely a learning experience. Our friends, who have camped for years, came along to help us, but this trailer was different from what they were familiar with, so they weren't able to answer many of our questions. When we arrived for pickup, we weren't given any instructions about the process. We knocked on the door and were greeted by someone other than the listed contact, and from there we were left to figure things out on our own. We weren't told whether the fresh water tank had been filled, how to operate the various systems, or given a walkthrough of the trailer. As first-time renters, that made us hesitant to use some of the features because we didn't want to damage anything or be responsible for an honest mistake. The host was pleasant and responsive through the app when we had questions, and the camper itself was clean, well stocked, and in good condition. I do think this rental would be a much better experience with a thorough pickup orientation and a few return instructions, especially for guests who are new to RV camping. If you're an experienced camper, you'll probably be just fine. If you're new, I'd recommend bringing someone with RV experience or asking for a detailed walkthrough before you leave with the trailer.

3.0Overall this was a great experience for us! The trailer worked out just great for our one night of camping. It was lovely that we could bring our dog along as well! She had it stocked with enough pots and pans and dry goods if we needed. My biggest issue was her lack of communication, we kept reaching out with questions and she would either not get back to us or when she did she would never actually answered the questions we had. When we showed up she wasn’t there to greet us and show us any specifics of her trailer (this was our first time towing a trailer, luckily we figured it out). But overall the experience was nice for just one night!
