This coach is a memory maker for sure! It can sleep up to 10 people. It includes a private master bedroom with a queen bed, a private bunkhouse with 2 upper bunks and a fold out couch. There is also a 21” flat screen in the bunkhouse to hook the kids up on those rainy evenings. There is a spacious u-shaped dining table that can convert to a bed, and couch that easily converts into a comfy rest area with an electric fireplace. The best feature on this coach is the outdoor kitchen. You can literally do all your cooking outside, brew your morning cup of coffee, and fix your evening cocktails. It has a sink, second refrigerator, and a pull-out gas grill. Another useful feature is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off the day’s adventure if needed.This rig is Fully Stocked with two 30lb propane tanks, kitchen items, coffee maker, linens, toys, games, rugs, chairs, gear, and pretty much whatever you need/want while you are glamping and most importantly… it’s all included in the nightly rate! Just bring your clothes, food and pillows! Flatscreen TVs are included in the living area and bunkhouse. Stereo/DVD/CD player with indoor/outdoor speakers. The additional outside door to the Full bathroom with tub and shower, gives you easy access when the need arises. Electric slides, electric 21’ awning, and electric tongue jack makes set up a breeze. Families, you will really enjoy this layout and all the amenities that are included in this beautiful coach.Fully stocked this coach weighs 9500 lbs. You will need a 2" Class IV hitch with a 7 prong plug and electric break control on your tow vehicle.The reason we are doing this is because we want to offer others an opportunity to make memories and enjoy the glamping experience! A great way to comfortably disconnect... Delivery, Setup, Dump, and Pickup available depending on location for a fair fee. Cleaning Fee is only applied if not returned clean. We are two families joined as one. Jennifer and I have the joy of raising 3 boys together. Hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, boating, and anything else we can find to do outdoors is what drives us. Our family has made many memories in our travel trailer and we are hoping by renting it to other families, they have the opportunity to do the same!

We want you to have fun and enjoy our RV on your trip and not worry about your deposit! Reviewing the restrictions before you book can help you know what to expect and have peace of mind that you will get your deposit back in full. Please treat our RV as if it were your own home. An RV is a large investment and damages can be costly. Please show respect and we will happily return your deposit and leave you an appropriate review. No one wants more for you to get your security deposit back than us. No smoking. No pets. No climbing on the roof. Please return the camper the same condition you received it. Please empty all holding tanks to avoid the dump fee. Please put all the provided items back where they belong, wash your dishes, take out the trash, wipe down the table and counter inside and the outdoor kitchen, put used linens in the laundry hamper, sweep and vacuum the floor. Also ensure that the front door and all storage doors are locked. Do not leave the awning extended in high winds. If the awning gets wet, please extend it to dry off when it is safe to do so. The renter is liable for all damage other than minor and normal wear and tear.
