Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We drop off within one hour of your arrival to Mammoth Lakes between the hours of 3pm-6pm. All parties must be present for check-in, walk-thru and check-out. Pickup is between 9am-11am. Times may vary based on weather conditions. Host will confirm arrival time the day before departure.
Q.
Gas prices are soaring, how can you afford to deliver for free?
A.
We include our delivery fee in our rental rate. Nightly rentals for the trailer are $140-170. Generator charges are $30 per day in addition to our one time prep fee of $75 and $50 delivery fee. By including everything in our nightly rate, the renter doesn't need to worry about additional fees.
Q.
How do I pack for the trailer? Can I bring luggage?
A.
There is absolutely zero storage for luggage in the camper. It is best to bring duffle bags, backpacks or overnight bags for personal items. If you'd like to bring your own bedding or sleeping bags we remove linens. Towels will be provided. Beach towels available upon request after June 18.
Q.
Do I have to have a generator?
A.
In Mammoth Lakes, at altitude, you will need a generator to keep up your power usage 90% of the time. Generators may be run no more than 4 hours at a time, per day. Over usage will incur a $7 per hour charge due at checkout. Refilling the generator with gasoline is the responsibility of the renter, gas can provided. The generator will run the tv, radio, outlets (coffee maker, charging your phone), microwave and refrigerator. Generator is included in your rental rate for 4 hours per day.
