Outdoor kitchen/tv, two indoor refrigerators/freezers, one outdoor fridge, microwave inside and outside, great bunk room for kids (easily sleeps 4 kids in that room), dinette will sleep a kid, theater seats, electric fireplace in living area, two awnings for shade, two air conditioners, tv in bedroom, kitchen island, four TVs total, Bose sound bars on TVs. 50 amp electricity is best for summer, as it needs this for the two air conditioners.Would prefer to deliver to your campsite and set up/take down for you, including emptying black and grey tanks. Super easy camping experience if you don't have to do any of that! (Additional charges apply but worth it - saves hours and hassle - especially if you've never done it. Ensures keeping your security deposit also. This service is only offered locally, so within 35 miles of Mansfield, TX. If you have needs that are more than 35 miles away, we can discuss and see if we can do it.)

We are a family of five with three boys, including a set of twins born in 2008. We love camping anytime we can go. We stay close to home for the most part and love to go boating, swimming, fishing, having campfires and hanging out with some of our best friends and family that also have RVs. We've only have an RV for about 2 years and can't imagine being without it. I grew up camping in a tent, so this is glamping, for sure.
