-A maximum of 2 dogs allowed. Sorry but we do not allow cats. $100 pet fee will apply. Flea and tick preventative is recommended. *Do not allow dogs on any of the furniture. **Dog poop bags are provided outside. Please clean up after your pups and dispose in the outside garbage bin. ***Please note the property is not fenced. For your pet’s safety, we kindly recommend using the provided dog tether if your pup does not have reliable recall, and ensuring dogs are supervised while outside. To keep them safe and comfortable, dogs should not be left unattended at the property or inside the camper when you are not there. -No smoking/vaping of any kind inside camper. A fee of $500 will be charged for any evidence of smoking inside. We have provided ashtrays outside on the deck to properly dispose of cigarette butts. Please help keep our mountains clean. -No illegal substances or activities of any kind. -Parties are strictly prohibited. -It is your responsibility to check for any current fire bans. If a fire ban is in place, please respect the ban to keep yourself and our beautiful mountains safe. -Nature Alert You are staying on wooded mountain property, so bugs, critters, and wildlife are part of the experience! Do not leave food or drinks outside and dispose of trash in the enclosed outdoor garbage bin. While we regularly treat the interior of the camper, it is common in wooded and mountainous areas to encounter insects such as wasps, bees, flies, mosquitoes, ticks, and other pests. If needed, wasp spray is located under the kitchen sink. By booking this property, guests acknowledge that insects, wildlife, weather conditions, and other natural elements are a normal part of the mountain experience. Refunds will not be provided for issues outside of our control, including but not limited to insects, wildlife, weather events, power outages, internet interruptions, road conditions, or other utility disruptions caused by storms, natural events, or service providers.
