Christine was helpful and very easy to communicate with, and she was always quick to respond. Pick up and drop off were the easiest we have ever had with a rented RV, and we have done this several times now. The videos Christine sent going over everything about the RV were very helpful, and it was nice to be able to get that all done beforehand. The RV is in good shape, especially considering its age, and everything was easy to use. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of blankets and towels, and the kitchen was stocked with all the basic necessities. We also appreciated the mileage and generator usage included in the price. However, I would not recommend this RV for people from out of town, unless you have a whole extra day at the end of your trip to spend cleaning it and doing laundry. We flew in from out of town and before returning the RV we made sure to dump all the waste tanks and refill the propane. We didn't have time to take it to a car wash before we had to be at the airport, and since we couldn't see any visible mud or dirt on the outside, we didn't think it would be a problem, but we got charged a fee for not cleaning the outside. We tried to clean the inside as best we could with the limited cleaning supplies provided (the RV came with only a broom and a dust pan, we had to buy our own cleaning wipes and even our own dish sponge and dish soap, as those were not provided, nor was any hand soap) but we still had to pay a cleaning fee for the interior because we didn't have the time or the facilities to wash the sheets and towels. We knew ahead of time that we would get charged for that, and usually I try to find rentals where they don't make you do your own laundry, but this was a last-minute trip and our options were limited. Overall, I would say this RV is a great option at a good price for someone who is local and can provide their own soap and cleaning supplies and can spend the whole day cleaning it and doing laundry before returning it, but I would not recommend it for people traveling from out of town.

Great communication. Easy pick up and drop off. No hassles or unexpected charges. RV in great condition. Everything worked perfectly. Nice people, nice RV, easy transaction... what else could you ask for?

Our blended family of 6 (10-12yrs) truly enjoyed ourselves!! We rented for New Years and went “off the grid” camping with no electrical hookups. We used the generator at night for heat and we all fit comfortably and were warm. The RV was clean and had everything that we needed! Christine has great communication skills, timely responses, and made the process super easy. We never rented an RV before so we were clueless. Christine’s instructions for the RV were simple and not complicating, making it the best option for the “newbie” or experienced camper. We can’t wait to rent again!! Thank you!!!

First time renting an RV and it was perfect! Christine was always available to answer my questions prior to renting and she made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. The RV was in great shape and had a cozy vibe. Definitely recommend renting from her!

We had a great weekend in Sierra Vista. Christine was excellent at responding to questions right away. Picking up the RV and getting out of town took no time at all. They were thorough in reviewing the features of their RV and we were very comfortable and enjoyed the experience.
