This is an overpriced, beat-up old camper. It was dirty inside, fridge freezer door broken, fridge shelf broken, heater grill falling off (I repaired it), the water never got hot, the A/C filter is filthy and needs replacement, the screen door handle is loose and comes out, one time it fell off inside the camper, occasionally will not open the screen door. The camper canopy is DANGEROUS, it will roll down but will not go back up with the crank. The gears are stripped and it took 1 hour and 3 people to get it back in place. Additionally the underside of the canopy canvas is filthy dirty.
Great experience. Tim was very polite and did a walk through with us before we left his lot.
Everything went well.
Just a heads up... dump your dirty stuff or pay $25 to have him complete that. Honestly we forgot and didn't have a clue on how to do that so $25 was easier for us.
