Great smaller camper that is easier to pull and park at events or the beach. We have just about everything you need but basic essentials won't be provided. Trailer is new with only 1 owner.In the bath area it has a stand up shower with shower curtain, toilet in bathroom with a sink with cabinet. The bathroom has storage space for basics.In the living area there is a fm radio, tv, oven, converting table with awesome wrap around seats that converts into a bed, smaller fridge, sink with two bins, under cabinet storage, queen bed, small cabinets for clothing, drop down bin for dirty clothes, overhead cabinet, and small freezer.Outdoor there is a power awning, outdoor shower for washing feet or sand, outdoor speakers powered by indoor radio, led lighting under awning, water connection for city or potable holding tank, a large bin where items for RV are held. Electric jack for connecting to the truck.Rv has manual stabilizer Jacks and not autoGreat started camper! Small enough to get in and out of spaces easily. The trailer weight is 7,000 pounds and can be towed by a standard fullsize 1/2 truck. Everything that is needed to tow and hookup connections at a camp site are included. The RV has electric guages but not digital for water, sewer, propane, and water storage capacity.
