It has a privacy bedroom (wall and door) which is nice, if you have multiple guess. It sleeps 7 comfortably as the dining room table folds out for a bed and also a hid-a bed. The bunk beds are spacious and has a tv with a DVD player, DVD’s, and board games; Which, are provided with the rental. Feel free to bring your own movies, xbox, roku, or whatever you want for entertainment.We willl deliver and set it up which will be included in delivery charge. What will be available is utensils, linens, some bottles of watered,, k-cups,,corn hole, chairs, toilet paper x1, paper towels , towels, first Aid kit, garbage bags, and cleaning supplies. You can plan your trip or just be spontaneous, either way, it involves little preparing. Grab some clothes and Stop at the store.The trailer is 1/2 ton towable and it comes with the hitch and Sway bars Will deliver for a feeWhat's includedComes with couple chairs, kitchen ware, DVD player, games, movies, Linens., towels, coffee maker with K-cups, and bottled water.Other things to noteGenerator is my personal generator separate from the rental will rent out for a fee along with wifi, dumping fee (only if returned full), and cleaning fee of 75 dollars required.
Pet are additional 75 dollar cleaning fee if you elect to bring your bet. Along with 15 dollars a day.-Stay off the roof please.
-if it is windy or your near the Oregon coast please don’t use the awningI understand that camping can be messy, however, if it come back unreasonably messy such as piles of trash, dust, food, pee on the floor, etc. there willl be additional 100 dollars fee.Pets are not to be left unattended.Also your vehicle mush have a brake module if you are driving the trailer
