We will have cleaning supplies available in the trailer if needed. If we determine the trailer to be excessively dirty upon return we will charge up to a $100 cleaning fee that will be withheld from your deposit. If we determine the trailer to be obscenely dirty upon return we will withhold up to the full amount of your deposit.Tanks - We expect all gray and black water tanks to be emptied before return. If you are unable to do this then let us know and select the add-on for $25. If we have a surprise on return we will withhold $50 from your deposit.Awning - We know that awning is a really nice option. That said we prefer that it isn't used since all awning have the tendency to get easily damaged. If you do use it please be aware that any damage can result in repair expenses being withheld from your damage deposit.
