This travel trailer comes fully equipped and ready to use! There are plenty of blankets, sleeping bags and pillows along with clean linens for your use. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, bowls, napkins, silverware and cups. There is also cookware available. Bathroom has clean towels and rv appropriate toilet paper. Entertainment area has plenty of movies, coloring books and crayons and card games. In the storage compartments you will also find camp chairs, sand toys for the little ones and some s’more sticks. Another awesome thing about this trailer is the automatic self leveling jacks! A couple button pushes and the trailer automatically sets the jacks and levels the trailer for you!

Cleaning fee
Please clean the trailer or there will be 100.00 fee charged to have it cleaned. The trailer has a fully stocked set of cleaning supplies so that it can be cleaned out at the end of your trip. Please make sure any dirty linens or towels are placed in the bathtub, counter tops are wiped down, refrigerator and freezer are cleaned and wiped out. All cupboards are emptied and garbage has been take out. In the bathroom the sink and toilet and tub should be cleaned and wiped out as well. Floors should be swept and mopped.

There will be a 50.00 charge if the waste tanks are not emptied. All waste tanks need to be completely emptied at the end of the trip.

Generator rental is an option if you are dry camping. This is a smaller generator so it will not run the AC. This generator will keep batteries charged, outlets and tv running.
