Review summary
Highly flexible and communicative support
William offers flexible pickup/drop-off, trip extensions, and provides detailed explanations for first-timers. He is generally responsive to questions, though one reviewer noted poor communication during a trip and an automated cancellation occurred for another.
Easy driving, amenities, but some flaws
The RV is generally easy to drive, runs great, and includes amenities like AC, generator, smart TVs, Apple CarPlay, and hot showers. However, some guests reported cleanliness issues (pet hair, dirty bedding), a dangerously worn tire, blown speaker, rattling stove, and poor backup camera visibility.

Hello from our Family to you and yours. We are a Military family of six with two dogs, so traveling is something we have learned a lot about over the years. We thoroughly enjoy our RV and want to spread that joy of camping for others to experience it for themselves.
