This guy is a mensce to society. He was careless when hooking up the trailer by not making sure it was level. He also did not leave me with the tool to reattach the trailer as "what would you need to unhook the trailer for ?". I could not drive at a safe speed due to the sway and jerking. I had 2 blowouts on the same tire. On the 2md blowout my disabled sister and put 3 pets were left stranded in a parking lot for 24 hours because the spare had a stick in the sidewall (that wasn't his fault) . After I paid for a new tire the tow truck driver reattached the trailer at a correct pitch. I was able to drive safely and with the flow of traffic....and...had no more tire issues. It took me FIVE DAYS to travel 800 miles. Aftet the fix I drove the last 1000 miles I. Less than 24hours. When I confronted him about his mistake he told me nobody else has ever had a problem. I questioned if everybody had the same truck and he responded with "a truck is a truck ". Because of his mistake I didn't arrive toy destination on schedule. I had to pay extra for the truck rental....and...he took my deposit because of the extra days. Due to the extra gas/tires/exfra expenses/loss of viable days, I had to borrow money just to get the trailer back to him. I'm still waiting to get reimbursed. Stuck...away from my new home in which I didn't even get all my stuff to because of his mistake. He is a huge liability to outdoorsy. Outdoorsy as a company only looks out for the people that makes them money.....CLEARLY.
