This was our first camper van rental experience and it was a huge success. Joe was very helpful in getting us oriented, The systems that we used worked well: refrigerator, water pump for cleaning, microwave, and awning. We are minimalists so we had ample power all the time. The vehicle drives well and easy to maneuver. All of the window openings allows for excellent flow of air when parked.

This was my first time pulling a camper trailer and took a family trip to Fenton Lake. Ken was fantastic and gave a great/thorough explanation of how to work everything and hook everything up prior to leaving. Made himself available if we ran into any issues. No issues with the camper at all. Everything worked exactly as it should. Had some damage on the kitchen sink prior to us leaving, but it really was no big deal, and Ken made sure that that was documented prior to us leaving. Very good experience. Next time we rent a camper we will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks Ken.
