FRS Rentals requires a signed rental agreement and deposit to secure all bookings, with full payment due prior to delivery. A refundable security deposit will be returned after inspection provided there is no damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or illegal drug use is permitted inside the trailer, and evidence of either will result in forfeiture of the deposit. No pets. The trailer must be returned in the same condition it was delivered, including trash removed, dishes washed, spills cleaned, and holding tanks emptied unless dump service was prepaid. No festivals, large parties, tailgating events, off-road use, roof access, or misuse of slide-outs or awnings are permitted. The awning must be retracted during windy conditions or when unattended. The renter is fully responsible for any damage during the rental period and agrees to report issues immediately without attempting unauthorized repairs. No refunds will be given for weather-related cancellations unless the unit is deemed unsafe by FRS Rentals.
