Review summary
Responsive, accommodating, but has cancellations
Guests consistently praise their clear communication, timely delivery/pickup, and willingness to accommodate last-minute bookings. However, there are instances of day-of cancellations and a stove repair dispute.
Clean, spacious, generally comfortable
Guests describe the camper as clean, comfortable, and spacious, suitable for families and groups. However, there are reports of a melting stove knob, an AC leak, and needing to refill propane tanks.

2.0The RV was made out of cheap material. When I used the stove it melted the knob and the hosts charged me for repair even those there was no physical damage. I told the host that there must be a default on the stove but they said they had to replace the stove . I just hope it is made of better material. That spoil the whole trip. Very unhappy camper.

5.0Our experience with Kanesha and Travis was outstanding. From our first interaction on Outdoorsy to the moment they picked up the camper from our vacation home in Byhalia, everything was seamless and professional. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again—highly recommended!
