There is also plenty of seating on all the furniture, and the cupholders in the theatre seats are handy.

Two air conditioning units keep this unit cool and comfy in the summer months and in the cooler times, the heater works like a dream while you cozy up to the electric fire place. Since towing a trailer this size takes some getting used to, this trailer is only offered delivered directly to your prepaid campsite. Delivery fees vary depending on location.
With delivery we set up the camper to any hook ups available so don't worry about getting your hands dirty! Afterwards, we can pick up the trailer and dump the tanks for you.

Our rig exceeds the length restrictions for Pfeiffer State Park so unfortunately we cannot accommodate this campsite.
With delivery we set up the camper to any hook ups available so don't worry about getting your hands dirty! Afterwards, we can pick up the trailer and dump the tanks for you.
We do not allow our trailer to be used on any beach so that we can keep it clean and maintains the quality for our renters.
Our units are thoroughly cleaned with electrostatic sprayer technology, floor and carpets steamed cleaned after each rental.

We strive to maintain all of our RV's at an exceptional level of cleanliness, we do ask all our renters to leave the RV in the same condition as it was delivered, Cleaning materials are supplied for you so that before you depart: all food remnants, trash, surfaces are to be wiped down including stovetop and oven, refrigerator and freezer, entire bathroom including outside and inside of toilet. We understand camping gets a bit dirty but if you can clean as your trip progresses it really helps keep our units so beautiful! Additional fees can apply if unit is not returned in this fashion.
