The Cuckoos Nest provides ways to experience the untamed and completely unique parts of the world—without having to sacrifice comfort. This 18ft travel trailer has been completely remodeled and includes sleeping arrangements for up to four+. The full kitchen is equipped with a mini fridge/freezer, stove, oven and microwave. The dining area (which converts into a twin bed) provides bench style seating for 4 with a custom made pine tabletop. Camping can get muddy, take a shower in the remodeled full bath. Modern wood laminate flooring installed less than a year ago along with a fresh coat of interior paint. Enjoy the ice cold air conditioning on hot summer days or switch on the heat for those crisp fall mornings.

Other things to note
Late Arrival Fee- We are extremely flexible with scheduling your pick up time and even more so when it comes to returning the camper. We respect your time and ask that you reciprocate in the same manner. We kindly ask that you arrive to pick up your rental specific to the time we have both agreed upon. We will offer a 15 minute grace period from your set pick up time, anything beyond the 15 minutes will cause an accrual fee of $1.00 per minute.
Replacement Fee- We offer extras to make your trip on the road more home like, items include decorative accessories, electronics, cleaning supplies etc. (please review our itemized list of inventory) Please know if items are damaged or missing while being rented you will be charged cost to replace or repair these items.

- Monthly (30+ nights): 19.9% off nightly rate
Fees
- Security deposit: $500.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $50.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental.

This was our first time using Outdoorsy and first time renting a camper. Overall we had a fantastic trip and Jessica was very helpful in explaining the details of what we needed to know. There were a few issues that we discovered and filled her in on once we returned and she was very receptive and apologetic.
